One City, Twenty Miles of Very Different Buildings

Anaheim's city limits stretch almost the full width of Orange County, from Cypress in the west twenty miles east to the Riverside County line. That is not trivia, it changes the job. The dense apartment stock toward the west has almost nothing in common with the property out at the east end, and a deck repair that suits one is the wrong answer for the other.

So we open it before specifying anything. Sound substrate means a clean tear off, corrected slope and rebuilt flashing. Wet framing gets cut out first. Coating over rot is the cheapest thing anyone can sell you and the most expensive thing you can buy.
